Agreeing to Privacy Policy logs user out

Description:
When clicking "I Agree" on the Privacy Policy, user will be logged out.
Steps:
- Go to openstax.org
- Click Log In
- Sign in with an existing account
- Click on Name
- Click I Agree on Privacy Policy
- Notice you are returned to the homepage, and not signed in
Expected Result:
Users remains logged in after accepting Privacy Policy.
Actual Result:
User is logged out of account.
