Macos Binary stops executing at "OpenSpeedTest-Server : Start Request Received!"

Installed version 2.1.8 on Macos 12.6.7 (21G651) Intel.
The app opens and gets as far as displaying the notification "OpenSpeedTest-Server : Start Request Received!".
Any ideas what the issue could be?
Quit OpenSpeedTest-Server and open it again.
Restart your Mac and try to open it again.
Is port 3000 already in use?
Are there any other apps that can prevent this app from obtaining an IP/port?
