Unclear guide to the OpenShift CLI

In https://github.com/openshift/training/blob/master/docs/01-prerequisites.md#openshift-cli
There will be a download link on https://cloud.openshift.com/clusters/install for the OpenShift CLI.
but there's no keyword exactly called "OpenShift CLI" on that page.
Better to add some more detailed explanation just like other section:
