CNCF Certified Kubernetes site shows latest OpenShift release was 3 years ago

What happened:

Software conformance (Certified Kubernetes) site https://www.cncf.io/certification/software-conformance/ says the latest OpenShift release was 3 years ago.

What you expected to happen:

The latest OpenShift release should be aligned with https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.7/release_notes/ocp-4-7-release-notes.html that says the latest release is 4.7.6 (2021-04-12)

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

Visit https://www.cncf.io/certification/software-conformance/ and look for OpenShift
