Missing ngx_http_slice_module

The default bundle of openresty is missing ngx_http_slice_module.

We are currently using nginx with proxy cache to http stream large media files.
ngx_http_slice_module is used to optimize partial file downloads.

Since the default openresty bundle is missing ngx_http_slice_module, replacing nginx with openresty is impossible.
And I don't want to use custom builds because they are not sustainable.

Custom build are not sustainable.
ngx_http_slice_module is part of the default nginx build.
For me, this module is mandatory when caching large files.
