Which OpenObserve functionalities are the source of the bug?

Description
- On creating a function without any details, Please wait loading icon displayed.
- Selection of tab incorrect when user changes org while on pipeline page
- Close button not working on Pipeline Add UI
- On clicking page per records under pipeline, all pipelines disappear
- Incorrect error message when user tries creating functions without name under pipeline UI
