Make the "originating database" link and text more visible

Users don't see the explanation on top of http://main.hydroscope.gr/timeseries/d/300000617/ about the information being in a different database. They see there's no data in this page and they dismiss it as being a useless project with no real data.
A solution might be to not show this page at all and instead briefly show a page that says something like "you are being transferred to ypaat.hydroscope.gr", and then redirect.
