In my experience guiding students in data science-related topics, it is common for them to have questions about the use of Git. This used to happen in courses where the primary focus of the instruction is not Git but the students have to work collaboratively. For example, it happened to me to have to revisit Git concepts in Data Visualization II (dashboards) courses where the students submitted dashboards working in teams.

That is why I started putting together a collection of exercises and other material to teach Git differentiated by command, topic, and learning objective. My goal is to identify quickly the material that can be helpful to support the students in this context by having a toolbox of exercises and representations to support my explanations.
