Where I can find the label-map and label-description-dict data for v4?

I have no idea where I can get the lebel-dict and label-description-dict for faster_rcnn_inception_resnet_v2_atrous_oid.
I have implemented the multiple object detector by using faster_rcnn_inception_resnet_v2_atrous_oid based on https://storage.googleapis.com/openimages/web/index.html.
But I don't know where I can get the correct label-map and label-description-dict for this model.
