Make all widgets clickable for navigation

Please make all widgets clickable to be able to navigate to another dashboard. Currently this is only possible for buttons AFAIK.
While I agree to a certain level, it's just not applicable to all widgets. If we make everything clickable, then the dummy widget is basically now a button and if that's the case, then I'd rather just use a button.
How can I display the state of an item in a button and use it to navigate to another dashboard?
