Update hiding legend nodes to include plugin-less native QGIS method

Since 3.18, QGIS has a native UI/UX to hide map layers from the legend through flagging layers as "Private". We should update https://docs.qfield.org/how-to/hiding-legend-nodes/ to at least refer to that method, and possibly consider removing the plugin way altogether.
