Add text that v1.1 supersedes v1.0

At the last TC Meeting it was mentioned that new versions of standards should mention it, if the old version is deprecated.
We should add such a line to v1.1.
Does anyone know the standard text to do this?
Fixed with the publication of Sensing v1.1.
