Code sprint planning Q3 2023

- Focus on the latest version of core (1.X/2.X).
- Will take place after the September Member Meeting.
- Planned for 3 days.
- Lokk for a host to be able to hold the meeting hybrid.
- Participants should bring complete(-ish) implementations. We want to test implementations and fix issues.
- CFP should be sent out early also for client implementations.
