Add a pathway to POI addition on Open Street Map

Problem

• some points of interest like the Carrefour market in the RER station of Chatelet do not exist in Openstreetmap

Proposed solution

• add a procedure to be followed by the user to ensure that he has properly searched for the point of interest
• Add a pathway (web based) to POI addition on Open Street Map

Code pointers

• OSM maintains a list of editing options on each platform: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Editors
• Sometimes, the POI is here, not just properly named or tagged
• Editing it won't solve it instantly because Photon is not synchronized instantly
