No light peers who can serve data

OpenEthereum version: 2.7.2
Operating system: Linux
Installation: homebrew
Fully synchronized: no (light)
Network: ethereum
Restarted: yes

when i use parity try to send a token by method eth_sendtransaction(php code), parity return tips :"No light peers who can serve data",try many times it still return as thism i don't know why

i did'nt want run a full point，sync too slow，how can i do？
