As we get close to having Georgia complete we need to roll back through all of the years and verify we have all the available data loaded. I know we are missing some of the more recent elections.

I'm starting the year 2008 now.
Starting 2009 now.
Starting to look at 2010 now. Finally getting back on this (20180826). 2010 looks to be missing a lot of results so this year might take a bit of time to get squared away.
Took a break from 2010 and got all of 2018 county-level loaded.
