Support flagging a UA as important and give audio/visual warning if the UA is not seen for xxx seconds

This can be used to monitor e.g. the broadcast module attached the UA you are flying, in order to detect whether it malfunctions during the flight.
The timeout should be configurable in the settings menu.
In addition to disappearing, would you want an audio/visual warning showing when it reappears?
