I noticed this project doesn't have a LICENSE file.
It should have one to make the terms of use clear.
FWIW most of the other OCD stuff is MIT or BSD-3 clause. Openstates is GPL-3 for the scrapers and MIT for the website. Scrapers-CA is MIT.
