Training material on creating a vocabulary (and description)

Is there documentation/training material I should refer to for how to go about creating a vocabulary (and description) with OML? I see there's openCAESAR Tutorial & Workshop that is more of an overview of OML concepts & patterns and a couple of -vocabularies repos on https://github.com/opencaesar/ that serve as kind of reference implementations, but not really a how-to guide for how one might go about creating new vocabulary (and description) from scratch.
