Tutorial about root simulation and hydraulic

A simple tutorial is needed with explicit parameters, 3D visualisation using oawidgets and explanations.

Noted, it is on my list with the doc in general.
It can be simple.
Just take one example on the notebookused for the paper.
Extract the arameters from the file to make parameters explcit.
Then call the model.
I will add the visualisation in the notebook
