Delete a comment does not refresh the page content

Issue Description
Beta RequestWorkflowRedesign enabled: after deleting a comment (either in Request Conversation or in Request Changes) the content does not get refreshed, AKA the deleted comment is still there. Reloading the page solve the issue, so the comment is really deleted, but it is not reflected in the UI until a page reload is manually triggered.
Expected Result
Deleting a comment should refresh the content and make the comment disappear.
How to Reproduce
- Add a comment on a request
- Delete the comment
- The comment is still visible
- Reload the page to see it disappear

- After researching a bit, this seems to be the offending commit 49096d3 , still to find the reason why it does not work anymore
