Bug: Broken links from missing files on README and on the site

Describe the bug

• The link to Glossary and Additional Resources files in the "Additional Information" section on the README are leading to 404. It happens because the files have been removed. They also reflected on the website.

• The "Conclusion" page on the website also redirect to 404. This happens because the file changed from 07-conclusion.md to 09-conclusion.md.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to conclusion or additional resources or glossary page on the website.
2. You will see a "404 - Not found".

Hi @adiati98. Since it is on the website already, I think deleting that section would be a good idea. It'll keep things organized.
