Renaming pam module

pam_authz.so is not a very good name for sysadmins. Its unclear what the module does when installed on a system by someone that didn't build it from source. Please consider renaming the module pam_opa.so
Thanks @kfox1111 , pam_authz.so is very generic and won't give admins any info about what it should do. Renaming to pam_opa.so sounds good to me. I don't have cycles to do that for a while, but am happy to review a PR if you can make the change
