Kodachi missing third slash, swords voice effects

Kods with ground slashes:
3rd slash doesn't show up
Katana with ground slashes:
3rd slash sound is missing

after checking: Kods 3rd slash not showing on walls is normal, but we can patch that in.
There are no sounds at all for katana or kodachis.
Kodachis and katana should have sounds on 2nd, 3rd and 4th slashes (same sounds for both).
