Restrict maps on game-mode

Restrict maps in certain game modes. (eg. Lodge and Dojo in TDM makes no sense).

Review maps like the Shower room's, Hall's, and Jail's spawn points for DM and TDM vs Duel etc. Should only be two spawn points in Duel (and TDM?) mode whereas multiple in DM.

This should be an xml setting option. spawn points work funny Duel Mode uses deathmatch spawns for some reason. Deathmatch uses deathmatch spawns, as expected. Team Deathmatch uses team spawns, as expected. One possibility is to define a new type of spawn for duel mode and manually place them via xml edit.  Editing maps outside of xml edits is impossible without reproducing the map.
