Add Spanish localization.

  1. Make a fork of https://github.com/open-genes/open-genes-frontend
  2. https://github.com/open-genes/open-genes-frontend/tree/develop/src/assets/i18n copy en.json
  3. Translate UI. Please don't use automated translation. Strings should be nearly the same length if you translate text inside buttons or fields. Change values of the keys to Spanish translation
  4. Create a branch named after the issue number.
  5. Create a pull request.
