(X-Road ASiC-E) Insufficient test data for X-Road request validation

Only one invalid X-Road ASiC-E file was available for testing. This file had X-Road protocol error in it, there for the actual fail case for signature validation is not tested. It is expected that this has been tested in X-Road Asicverifier project.
More test data included.
