Update oc4ids_schema table

@Ravf95 spotted that this needs updating with the latest schema:
I checked the oc4ids_schema table from the oc4ids database and I think it's outdated, some fields are missing.
e.g. forecast and metrics fields are missing
@Ravf95 I've updated the table in the database - let me know if you have any issues.
