Test kingfisher-main on Ubuntu on Azure

@jpmckinney I believe this was all done in October and November 2023?

We went through and checked the pricing which is going to be much more if the database will be stored there as well.
We created a test server and deployed CORE to the server.
James asked that I use the kingfisher official pillar/salt files on the new server just changing a few items.
OCP25 was shut down this week and will be recreated as ocp01test.xxx instead.
We were also tasked with writing up a step by step guide on how to set up and configure a server in Azure, including networking, security and rDNS
This was done on Pull Request #475 but not sure what the issues are with it? As discussed we are not in a position to work on documentation at this time.
There are two questions toward the bottom of #475 to which I need answers – otherwise, I cannot update the documentation or follow the instructions.
