Attach ocp05 to Ubuntu Pro

This PR will also remove ocp05 from the roster, delete its Pillar file and pgbackrest conf file. and delete the commented-out ## Replica settings lines from kingfisher-main1.conf.
FYI Ubuntu ESM is not supported by Salt: https://docs.saltproject.io/salt/install-guide/en/3006/topics/salt-supported-operating-systems.html#ubuntu
