[DMC] Show AMT features information in Device details page

As a console user, I'd like to see and edit AMT features Information in device details page. Use the features API in console.

Acceptance Criteria

Make sure the device details page shows the below data and these fields can be modified
- userConsent
- redirection
- enableSOL
- enableIDER
- enableKVM
It returns undefined if checked or unchecked
