OOHG's default font is wrong

OOHG's default font is not being honored by IDE's options. It's always set to IDE's font (verdana 9).

The form's font and fontcolor are not being set to OOHG's default font. Fixed. See b05b075

Compile error: missing ResetPreferredFont function. Fixed. See 862f4ee
