travis-ci build fail: No Gemfile found, skipping bundle install

I have same problem.
Travis-ci use ruby as default platform.
How can I use the heroku connect github and deploy with github.
The Travis-ci is good enough for almost project, but this project only deploy once on first.
Please tell us how to deploy it.
