内核和界面更新后不可用

@onplus 大侠，升级到core 3.9， v2rayN 1.21后，我的电脑就连不上了。会是什么原因呢？
我电脑64位win10
部署在heroku的服务端 版本是多少？
我不知道怎么看以前的版本，不过新部署了V2ray 3.10就可以用了。谢谢你 @onplus
