How to exchange data between ue and network?

I have deployed the SD-RAN simulator, and I have all the components up and running. Now I want to perform some scenario simulations compromising traffic exchange between UEs and the network. (doing ping, iperf, etc. on UEs)
I could not find any instruction related to that, nor how to connect this RAN simulator to a Core.
I'd appreciate it if you help me out!
