`tmsu tags --name=never` seems to imply `-1`

I'm trying to use tmsu as part of some scripts to get a better handle on my image files, and it seems a bit tricky to nicely put the tags into bash variables:
chymera@decohost ~/Pictures/collections/2022-06-05-South $ echo "$(tmsu tags nd750_b3551.JPG)"
nd750_b3551.JPG: a=aligator g img
chymera@decohost ~/Pictures/collections/2022-06-05-South $ echo "$(tmsu tags nd750_b3551.JPG --name=never)"
a=aligator
g

chymera@decohost ~/Pictures/collections/2022-06-05-South $ echo "$(tmsu tags nd750_b3551.JPG -1)"
nd750_b3551.JPG:
a=aligator

Interesting, yep that seems like a bug alright. For now I can only suggest doing:
echo "$(tmsu tags -1 --name=never file | xargs)"
The -1
such that it continues to work once the bug is fixed.
