localhost error cannot get sites up

Hi all,
struggling to get the sites up and running:
Http://localhost:3000 etc
None of them are working but no errors are coming back
Any ideas?
You need to give some information about your setup? Windows maybe?

Its a mac.
Ran all necessary components and made sure all ports were not running prior to running the dev
can you paste some logs/output, after you run npm run dev:emulator for example?
