Updating Integration tests

Context
Integration tests for kittyitems repo is outdated and needs investigating/updating.
Definition of Done
- delete docker check since fcl dev wallet no longer needs docker in repo to run
- investigate & resolve npm dependency issues
- investigate need for JS tests on app
being addressed in #271
