Default project should be compatible with NFT catalog

The default project generated by the Freshmint CLI should implement all the views required by the NFT catalog:
- DisplayView
- ExternalURLView
- NFTCollectionDisplayView
- NFTCollectionDataView
- RoyaltiesView
