Dynamic NFT metadata

This is a placeholder issue to discuss techniques to support dynamic metadata (i.e. NFT metadata that can be updated after mint). @aishairzay
I think dynamic metadata is straightforward to implement when the NFT metadata is stored on the contract, because then the contract admin has the ability to make updates. This is already the case for blind, edition and blind edition NFTs.
Closing this as unplanned for now.
