Add documentation for Freshmint CLI

The fresh command-line tool is currently lacking documentation.
The documentation should include:
- How to start a project
- How to mint NFTs (standard and edition)
- How to start / stop a drop
- How to launch the web app
- How to launch on testnet
- How to launch on mainnet
- How to regenerate Cadence code
