Netbench is a network bandwidth measuring tool inspired by iperf3

Planned features:

• TCP, UDP, SCTP and DCCP
• Support for Multipath protocols (MP-TCP/MP-DCCP)
• Fully asynchronous. Run multiple tests per client/server at the same time
