Install new thermal pads or heatsinks for nvme drives

The existing heating pads in my NUCs aren't great and I would like to replace them with something better.
Finding something to fit inside the nuc might make it hard to find something.
Looks like the issue I was having on one of my nodes was due to the fan dying. I replaced it with a new fan from amazon and temps are back to normal.
