Migrate minio back to nas deployment

Using minio in-cluster with a NFS backend has proven to be pretty inefficient with Thanos and Loki. From what I've seen from people in the community using minio with direct access to the storage (not over NFS) has proven to be a much better experiance.
Buckets to migrate:
- cloudnative-pg
- volsync
