Relocate the Upload Supportive Document for the Remaining Amount

Remaining Amount- Can we remove the Grant Request Amount in the Supportive Documents here so that if they do have an explanation they can upload it here? It won’t/shouldn’t be a requirement (*) for all in the Supportive Documents on last page. Can we also re-word it to “Document supporting the remaining amount if total owed is more than total requested, (ex: Total owed is $3,000, HIF request is $2,500, how will remaining $500 be covered? SOS, HTSV, applicant?)
