Crisis & Grant Request Wizard Step
Replace each Grant Usage options into its own checkbox and text entry
Could we just add a text entry for MVP? Seems we don't need to make it a checkbox. You can select multiple and provide input in a new checkbox to provide same functionality. Or we could even have the agent use the existing comment box which would require no code change.
