can we connect blue tooth device without pairing

According to this SO thread, you should be able to do it using createInsecureRfcommSocketToServiceRecord : https://stackoverflow.com/questions/35953413/bluetooth-connect-without-pairing

This library support this option. You need to pass false as the second parameter of the method connectToAddress.
