Install instructions for Raspbian stretch

The current installation guide is using Node v5 which is no longer installable on the current version of Raspbian (9.6 stretch) -- Your distribution, identified as "stretch", is not currently supported

Even more, the required node package xpc-connection is not compatible with the newer versions of node.

Can someone write a new guide for how to install waterrower-ble using node 8 or newer?

Any help would be much appreciated ! cheers
