Google Home CH Up/Down not working

Describe the bug
Trying to change the channel using the device integrated into Google Home shows a "Something went wrong" error.
Expected behavior
Changes channel up/down
Environment details:
- Environment (HASSIO, Raspbian, etc): HASS Core
- Home Assistant version installed: 2023.12.3
- Component version installed: 0.13.1
- TV model: UN55RU7150 / QN65S95B
Additional context
Using both tvs integrated into Google Home via Smartthings don't have this issue.
This issue is stale because it has been open 45 days with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed in 7 days.
