Setting To Remove All Styles

Would be great to have the ability to remove styles entirely.
Hey @stolinski - agreed. It would be best to re-build the whole front end as React only with an optional stylesheet and remove the Blaze dependency. But I'm just waiting a little while to see which direction the accounts system in Meteor/Apollo takes.
